1. Services

Keystone Wash & Exterior LLC provides exterior cleaning and lawn care services, including pressure washing and related exterior maintenance services.

Services are offered subject to availability, weather, property access, and final review.

Submitting a request through the website does not guarantee service availability.

2. Appointment Requests and Estimates

Website submissions are requests only and do not create a service agreement.

Quotes are estimates based on available information and may change after inspection.

Final pricing is confirmed directly with the customer.

3. Property Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to work areas.

Customers should:

  • Remove obstacles and valuables

  • Inform us of existing property damage

  • Identify sensitive surfaces or special concerns

Work may be delayed or declined if conditions are unsafe.

4.Customer Water Supply Authorization

Customer agrees to provide access to a functioning on-site water source necessary to perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning services unless otherwise agreed in writing before the appointment.

By booking, approving an estimate, or receiving service, Customer authorizes Keystone Wash & Exterior LLC to connect to and use the property’s available water supply for the duration of the service.

Customer understands and agrees that:

  • Water consumption associated with the service will be billed through the property’s normal utility provider.

  • Keystone Wash & Exterior LLC is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing defects, leaks, insufficient water pressure, frozen lines, inaccessible spigots, or interruptions in the property’s water service.

  • If a suitable water source is unavailable and alternative arrangements have not been made in advance, service may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or subject to additional fees if external water supply solutions are required.

  • Any exceptions to customer-provided water must be agreed upon in writing before service begins.

5. Pressure Washing Disclaimer

Pressure washing may reveal existing conditions including:

  • Loose paint

  • Oxidation

  • Surface wear

  • Existing cracks

  • Material deterioration

Cleaning results vary by age, maintenance history, and surface condition.

We do not guarantee removal of all stains or restoration of original appearance.

6. Lawn Care Disclaimer

Lawn results depend on weather, soil, irrigation, seasonal conditions, and existing lawn health.

No guarantee of specific growth outcomes is provided unless agreed in writing.

7. Weather and Scheduling

Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Rain

  • Wind

  • Temperature conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Safety concerns

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Ohio law:

Keystone Wash & Exterior LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any claim relating to services will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

9. Website Use
